Just few hours earlier, I have posted a article on wordpress 2.9 RC1, now the final version of wordpress has been released. You can download or upgrade your existing wordpress blog with the latest one. There are few more features which has been added in the latest release, few of them are given below:

1. Video Embedding feature: Now, you didn’t need any 3rd party wordpress plugin to embedded any video in your posts. Now you can quickly add link of videos and it will automatically embedded into your posts.

2. Trash feature: This is like recycle bin of your system. If you have accidentally deleted your post or any comment, you can quickly recover it from trash folder.

3. Image Editor: Now wordpress has in-built image editor which will let you quickly edit , crop and resize your images. Now you can add more spice to your images directly from wordpress dashboard.
