Permantely Remove Tray Icons from Windows Taskbar by Registery Editor

By default Windows shows tray icons in the taskbar, but if we install a lots of softwares, then our taskbar become full of tray icons, in that condition we should remove the unwanted tray icons. If your Taskbar tray is full of unwanted icons, if you wish to remove those icons permanently then here is a trick to do so very easily.

Save the Quoted Content as “taskbar.reg” by using Notepad. once saved now Run & Apply it.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
“NoTrayItemsDisplay”=dword:00000001

If you are unable to create “taskbar.reg” the Click here to download ready made “taskbar.regfile From here.
