How-to Rotate an Image Using Microsoft Paint

Learn how to rotate a picture 90, 180, or 270 degrees using Microsoft Paint in Windows Vista.

  • Open a picture in Microsoft Paint.
  • Click Image and then select Flip/Rotate.

  • Select whether you want to rotate the picture 90, 180, or 270 degrees and then click OK.
