Google AdSense Checks Expire After 6 Months
The AdSense team announced about a inconvenience that you may have to face, if you do not en-cash your checks in 6 months. Your payments though will not vanish and you can still get old as well as new payments from AdSense. You will have to choose a new form of payment to resume the payment sending service, those could include checks, EFT and Western Union.
