Whenever you type on Keyboard, the keys travels along a path within the Operating system and browser. Hackers plant the key-logger along to this path through which whenever you type anything they get the record of every keystrokes. So, if you are trying to login in your wordpress dashboard you should follow some security measures as because every blog is not in SSL mode.

If you are one of the wordpress user who didn’t have SSL mode support on your site, then there is no need of worry, as because a Plugin has been developed i.e Chap Secure Login. This plugin helps to encrypt your wordpress blog passwords to avoid it to be hacked or changed by any announces person.

By using the Chap Secure plugin the passwords will be automatically get encrypted by the Chap protocol, this is particularly useful when you can’t use SSL or other kinds of secure protocols. By activating the ChapSecureLogin plugin, the only information transmitted unencrypted is the username, password is hided with a random number (nonce) generated by the session – and opportunely transformed by the md5 algorithm.

In the first login there will be an error, but don’t worry is only a technical error. Indeed in the next login’s operation, if the values are correct, there will not be errors, but you give mind because the password will sended in unencrypted way.
