Download original Mac OS Leopard System Sounds for Windows XP
Mac OS Leopard System Sounds, there are lots of devianrart user who have created Leopard System Sounds for Windows XP. If you are willing and want to change Windows XP default System Sounds with Leopard System Sounds then you have to follow two options. There are 2 packages i.e Jaguar Sounds and Mac Sounds.
Jaguar Sounds

You have to Set each sound manually from the Control Panel in Windows XP. Just go to Control Panel select ‘Sounds and Audio Devices’ in that navigate to Sounds.
MacSound:

After downloading MacSounds You have to follow the instructions given below:
1.) Install to the folder Program Files/MacSound and make the shortcut to the file MacSound.exe in the StartUp folder.
2.) One click to see the volume bezel (now for both top and bottom placed Taskbars), double click to mute the sound. Press Alt+Up or Alt+Down to increase/decrease the sound volume. Use Alt+Mouse Wheel too. Right click the tray icon to see the options (set hotkeys, skins, remove the border and so on).
