Create Logon Screen for Vista & XP with Logon Studio
There are several utility from which you can change Windows XP or Vista’s Annoying Logon. One of them is a Stardock’s Logon Studio. By default Logon Studio Comes with Some Logon screens in it for both XP and Vista. With logon Studio you can also create New logon screens. You can build or modify logon screens by tweaking parameters on a list of elements.
